This community event invited local residents to visit our facility and take part in conversations about regional challenges connected to the marine environment.

 

The discussions focused on climate resilience, local livelihoods, and the role that marine ecologies can play in creating more sustainable futures.
Seaweed was used as a starting point for wider dialogue about climate change, regenerative food systems, and community-based economic opportunity.

The event created space for local people to engage with coastal issues, ask questions, and explore how innovation can emerge from shared ecological awareness and community knowledge.
